Hinesburg — 2026. Rebuilt and picture-framed a back deck visible upon departure via car, an access ramp to storage, and emergancy exit steps with Trex Decking and hidden fasteners for a cleaner look. 

Charlotte — 2026. Graded the crushed stone beneath,  framed out the structure, and later painted a stage for a concert venue in a beautiful fielded location for a non profit. (Not pictured) trimmed out the barn doors. Go support them when they start hosting publicly!

Shelburne — In 2026 we transformed this basement from concrete to a finished space adding in a bathroom, home office, and mudroom all with heated floors working around unorthodox framing methods from the 60s. Photos (1+2)

New North End — In 2024 we remodelled the second basement shown, first mitigating flood damage before levelling the floor, framing, drywalling, painting, and finally flooring.

Bristol — We were called into bring this overgrown and neglected patio back to life. Every stone was removed and cleaned, the base was releveled and tamped, pavers placed back before polymeric sand was added as a finished to seal the cracks

New North End and beyond — First fence, a return customer reached out for us to remove their old fence and install and stain this beautiful fence with black posts and trim and stained horizontal slats. (Photos 1+2)

The second fence was a trick one dealing with undulating ground and pesky trim limbs. (Photo 3)

The third fence was my first and taught me the hard way to consider spacing first (Photos 4+5)
